Not great anymore

I have had this app for a couple of years, and it was always very reliable. I had a hip replacement in 2011 and did not use it for about 6 months. Since the early summer I have been unable to access it. It crashes upon opening. If you go to app support, there is no website. You get a message saying "sorry there is no such website." Very disappointing. :(
